  • August 2010  - We were in the top 13.79 percentile in the number of homes sold.
       
  • June 2010  - We sold homes in an average of 14.7 days (other agents averaged 26 days)!
       
  • May 2010 - We were in the top 3.17 percentile in the number of homes sold! We sold homes in an average of 18 days (other agents averaged 28 days)!
       
  • March 2010  - We sold homes in an average of 9 days and for 101.12% of the listing price!
       
  • January 2010 - We sold homes in an average of 9 days and for 101.36% of the listing price!
